Training
Ultimately because there is no shortcut or easy path to being truly prepared for anything that comes at you. Most of us spend a lot of time trying to make our world as comfortable and easy as possible, but the world is not a comfortable and easy place. Life contains a lot of different forms of discomfort and hardship and learning to cope with these realities is an invaluable tool.
Recognizing the openings or gaps in a situation is a key skill to learn through training. That gap or opening can manifest as a physical gap, it also can also manifest as a mental gap. It can become a moment of clarity. In the end the most important thing to learn is to never give up. With the right training and hard work you will realize that your size, weight and gender do not matter.
We hope that you never find yourself in a situation where your life or the lives of those around you are in jeopardy . We believe that a well rounded and complete training program can benefit anyone who wants to challenge themselves and cultivate confidence and strength both physically and mentally.
Learning a limited set of skills will not be sufficient in this modern age, it is critical that you become as well rounded as possible. Only through expanding your training and skill sets can you have the confidence in whatever situation you might find yourself in.
Many training programs promoted the idea of fear (Especially for women). At 4RT we do not promote fear, we promote confidence.
We can no longer count on first responders to be there in time. Having the tools and knowledge, on hand, to step in and save lives is no longer a luxury – it is a necessity.
