Tactical Communications (T.C.)

Description: Tactical Communications is a series of classes that focus on the art of persuasion using effective verbal communication techniques. Participants will learn how to redirect others’ behavior through skilled communication, aiming for voluntary compliance without resorting to physical force. The primary goal is to achieve the premise of “Say what you want but do what I say.” This training equips individuals with the ability to communicate effectively with hostile or emotionally uncontrolled individuals, fostering voluntary compliance in various situations. T.C. is not only valuable for professionals in their line of work but can also benefit ordinary individuals in their workplaces,and interactions with family, and friends. The learned skills will be honed through experience-based scenario training.

Course Content:

  • Verbal Persuasion Techniques: Participants will learn effective verbal persuasion techniques to influence others’ behavior positively and achieve voluntary compliance.
  • Redirecting Hostile Behavior: The training will focus on handling hostile or emotionally charged individuals using communication skills to de-escalate conflicts.
  • Voluntary Compliance: Understanding how to encourage voluntary compliance without resorting to physical force, emphasizing the power of words and communication.
  • Application in Different Settings: Participants will learn how to apply tactical communications skills in various environments, including professional settings, workplaces, and personal relationships.
  • Experience-Based Scenario Training: The skills learned will be practiced and refined through scenario-based training, allowing participants to gain practical experience in applying tactical communications in real-life situations.

Requirements:

  • Water: Participants are advised to bring water to stay hydrated during the classes.
  • Notebook and Pen: Bring a notebook and pen for taking notes during the training sessions.

Note: This class focuses on communication skills and does not involve physical self-defense techniques. The aim is to empower individuals with the ability to use words effectively to influence others’ behavior and resolve conflicts without resorting to violence or physical confrontation.
