• Notebook and Pen (Recommended): Participants are encouraged to bring a notebook and pen to take notes during the training sessions.
• CAT Tourniquet (If Available): If participants already have a Combat Application Tourniquet (CAT), they should bring it for hands-on practice.
• Clothing for Movement and Dirty: Wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement and can withstand getting dirty during practical training exercises.
• Everyday Carry Kit: Participants should bring their Everyday Carry Kit, which typically includes essential items for personal safety and immediate care.
• Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) (If Available): If participants have an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK), they are encouraged to bring it to understand its components and usage better.
