Fight Lab: FFYL ( Fight For Your Life)
It is important to understand a few items about the FFYL class:
This class is not fair
You will fail often during this class
You will be pushed mentally and physically
This class is not for everyone
The FFYL class will focus on Force-on-force training for individuals and small teams to work on fighting in and around structures in urban environments. We will explore a variety of situations, and emphasize repetition and follow-through behaviors when reacting to a violent encounter.
Simunition upper receivers, ammo*, and protective headwear will be provided.
Required equipment for the class:
- Please note that you need to bring an AR lower to the class ( we will provide the simunition AR upper for the class)
– Appropriate clothing (long pants, closed-toed shoes, long sleeve shirt) Please note: The Simunition marker has the potential to get on your clothing and leave a residue.
– Hoodie (highly recommended)
– Sturdy belt
-Water and snacks
No knives or live ammunition are allowed in this class!
*An ammo allotment will be provided, however, the emphasis will be low round counts. If you expend all your allotted ammo during the class, more will be available for purchase.*
